The Spring Into Connection contest is sponsored by image.works and governed by these official rules. By participating in the contest, you agree to abide by these official rules. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Results of the contest as determined by image.works are final.

Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. image.works employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.

Sweepstakes Period
Questions for week one of the contest begin on Monday, April 10, 2023, at or around 11:00 a.m. CST. During this week, three questions will be posted at or around 11:00 a.m. CST, one on Monday, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday.

Questions for week two of the contest begin on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at or around 11:00 a.m. CST. During this week, two questions will be posted at or around 11:00 a.m. CST, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday.

Questions for week three of the contest begin on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at or around 11:00 a.m. CST. During this week, two questions will be posted at or around 11:00 a.m. CST, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday.

Questions for week four of the contest begin on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at or around 11:00 a.m. CST. During this week, two questions will be posted at or around 11:00 a.m. CST, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday.

All participants will have the opportunity to respond to any of the contest questions throughout the entire duration of the contest. The contest closes Thursday, May 4, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Any responses that are posted after that time will not be counted as entries.

How to Enter
To enter the contest, read the Spring Into Connection Facebook question posted each week on Tuesday and Thursday and post your response in the comments. Please note: You will earn only one entry per question, with the opportunity to comment on 9 questions. However, you may gain an additional entry by tagging your colleagues in the comment section of the first question, posted on Monday, April 10, 2023, at or around 11:00 a.m. CST. You can tag your colleagues in that post at any point during the duration of the contest, which closes Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. CST.

Winner Selection
A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted by Tuesday, May 9, 2023, before 5:00 p.m. CST. Winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger, and the winning name will be posted on our Facebook page. Winner has 14 days after notification to accept the prize by providing a valid address for prize delivery. If the winner cannot be reached, does not provide a valid address for receipt of the prize or is deemed ineligible within the 14-day time period following notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

Prize
One pair of Bose Sport Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds OR one $150.00 Visa gift card. The winner will have the opportunity to select which prize they want.

Terms and conditions may apply. Any incidental expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize (but associated with the prize) are the winner’s responsibility. All taxes associated with receipt of the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

Additional Limitations
Prize is non-transferable. No cash value in exchange of the prize. Retail value of the Bose Sport Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is approximately $149.99, and retail value of the Visa gift card is $150.00. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time without notice.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to hold harmless image.works, including, but not limited to, any past, present and future members, officers, attorneys, representatives, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, shareholders, insurers and/or successors in interest from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part – directly or indirectly – from entrant’s participation in the contest and acceptance or use of any prize.

Publicity
By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to let image.works use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes.
